The HDB Town Council elevator renovation projects are initiatives by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) to improve the accessibility and convenience of elevators in older residential buildings. Compared to new construction projects, these renovation projects are more technically demanding and have higher installation standards. As one of Singapore's largest and most important public infrastructure projects, the evaluation criteria are extremely stringent. Projects must comply with SS550:2020 and Amendment No. 1, involving numerous product specifications and high technical requirements. This represents a significant test for the product performance and engineering capabilities of elevator brands.
To date, IFE company has secured nearly 500 units in HDB Town Council elevator renovation projects. During the implementation of previous projects, the company received high praise from the Singapore government for its exceptional products and efficient services. As a leading Chinese national elevator brand, IFE Elevators will continue to leverage its technological advantage, upgrading the 71 control systems for this batch of renovation projects to enhance the comfort, efficiency, and safety of elevator rides, reduce failure rates, and further improve the quality of life for Singapore residents.
As an elevator manufacturer with nearly 40 years of experience, IFE Elevators has consistently driven its growth through technological innovation, continuously developing high-quality elevator products to meet the diverse needs of customers across the globe. The company contributes its expertise and strength to global urban public infrastructure and other engineering fields.
